We stop drafting players and start drafting entire teams β from MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, college football, college basketball, and the Premier League. If a team you own wins its championship, you get paid. That's the whole game.
11 rounds, 110 picks, held every July during the MLB All-Star break β the only week all seven sports are asleep at once.
The pot splits into 7 equal shares β World Series, NBA Finals, Stanley Cup, Super Bowl, CFP title, March Madness, and the Premier League.
No lineups, no waivers, no Tuesday panic. Your total time cost is about 3 hours a YEAR β the draft plus trash talk.
Once per league, someone can draft βALL UNDRAFTEDβ and own every leftover team. Every pick after that weakens their haul β live, in front of them.
Trade anything, anytime β even a team that's IN its championship series. Lopsided trades aren't vetoed. They're content.
Lose your last team in a league? You owe the chat a video of you taking a shot within 48 hours. That's the entire punishment system.
Every one of these 647 teams can be owned. Every title pays 1/7th of the pool. There's a live championship race in every month of the league year.
You're on the clock. Build an 11-team portfolio from any leagues you want, or grab an ALL UNDRAFTED bundle. Then simulate the other 9 managers and watch the board β and your bundle β shrink.

A mock-up of what every owner's page could look like mid-season β this is March of season one. Logos, live status, payouts collected, and the shot ledger, all in one place.
Draft slot #4 Β· Season One Β· March 2027
Championship futures from sportsbooks, as of the July 2026 All-Star break β live scouting for draft night. The full cheatsheet for every team is in the draft board.

Seven equal shares, paid the night each champion is crowned. One manager can double- or triple-dip in a single year.
Vote in the chat. Rules, entry fee, and draft order get locked. (You are here.)
In two weeks. The All-Star break just passed: every league idle, MLB half over. Peak information, zero games. 110 picks.
Season one. Seven championships pay out one by one, ending with the NBA Finals and Stanley Cup in June.
Draft #2 at the All-Star break β the permanent annual slot.
No β that's half the fun. The odds cheatsheet tells you who's good, and by February you'll be inexplicably screaming at Premier League matches you had no stake in last year.
Each league's leftovers can be claimed as one "ALL UNDRAFTED" bundle pick during the draft. That means every team that could possibly win a title is owned by someone β no champion goes unclaimed.
There are no lineups, no waivers, and no scoring to check. After the draft, your only possible move all year is a trade. Total commitment: one draft night plus however much trash talk you choose to generate.
Then you take your shot-rule videos with dignity and start working the trade market. Contenders get expensive at the deadline β sell your last hopes to a desperate rival for next year's draft position.
That's the proposal on the table: we're resetting anyway, and this keeps the group competing year-round instead of going dark in January. Vote is open in the group chat β draft night is in two weeks.
A league on r/FFCommish that's run it happily for 2+ years, plus another group that copied it and reported back a year later still loving it. We adapted their rules for 10 managers.
